BlessBack
Our BlessBack opportunities are where we go together.
BlessBack is birthed out of Isaiah 58:10 (MSG); "If you are generous with the hungry and start giving yourselves to the down--and-out, Your lives will begin to glow in the darkness, your shadowed lives will be bathed in sunlight." Our mission in BlessBack is to be a church that gives itself away by providing food to those that are hungry, clothes to those that need them and resources to those that have none.
We accomplish this through partnering with community organizations that already have their finger on the pulse of what is needed in our community. Since we strive to develop strategic partnerships focused on community impact we are very specific in our selection of community outreach partners. Key characteristics include sound resource stewardship and effective volunteer engagement processes, because we're committed to engaging our people in service with our partners. Each year, we review all of our partnerships regarding their effectiveness and their plans for the year ahead.
